Music Video released by poet Mr. McKinnon


Curtis McKinnon, artist, host, performer, and poet, is an individual that wants to bring his unique flavor to the world by the use of his gift of words. Two-Time Fringe Festival Poetry Slam Winner released a new music video called “Ode to Black Women” The song was performed on the steps of City Hall as a part of the Black Lives events in June. Mr. Mckinnon has been interviewed by Brian T. Bethea, host of the WJHM102Jamz talk show Confessions with Brian T. Bethea and spoke of his passion for respect and honor of women.

Next month he will be a guest on The Tiberius Show discussing his vocation as an independent artist as well what what motivated him to become an activist for his community.
