The State of Florida has agreed to pay $198 million to acquire the Crossroads shopping center near Walt Disney World. The building will be destroyed to make room for a new road to Walt Disney World. Twenty-five tenants will have to vacate Crossroads by August. Each of them have made separate agreements and will be paid for their removal.
