The Municipal Planning Board has just approved a submitted master plan that calls for a 19-story mixed-use tower to be constructed in downtown Orlando that will allow for co-living arrangements. The location is 401 S. Rosalind Avenue and calls for mix of two, three, and four bedroom apartments.  The plan is for them to be leased by the bedroom for roughly $1000 per month with internet, laundry and utilities.  An additional $25 will get you cleaning services.  The next step is to receive a major certificate of appearance review to start to apply for building permits.  You can read the full story on Bugalower.com
